Being new to the Harrogate area, we came across HG1 & Room Room following an internet search. Our high expectations after navigating through their website were matched by our first meeting with Paul who gave us full confidence on our very large and adventurous renovation project.
Paul and the team set off on the extensive work that included complete refurbishment of kitchen, bathrooms, boilers, heating system and more with the utmost professionalism.
Work was started and completed on the advised six weeks which was a hard target indeed!. The whole team (Danny, Brian, Mark…) was articulate, friendly, caring and professional; no mess left behind, happy to take on last minute alterations to match our specifications and always at the end of the phone/mail when we were not on site.
Many friends and visitors to our house have since commented on the obvious high standard of work and finishes. We are planning some more work with HG1 in the near future, so that probably says it all!
