1. If you are thinking about refurbishing your home, need help with a new build or are interested in the products and services we offer; you can visit our showroom or get in touch via the contact page to book a consultation.
2. After the consultation, whether this is a site visit or working from plan in the showroom. We take away your ideas, needs and requirements and start to plan your dream home. Our designers use the latest CAD software to create a realistic visual of what the space will look like.
3. We create a design package which includes a full detailed quotation, a virtual presentation with renders of your space and plans and elevations. The design package is presented to you in the showroom along with any samples which may include paint finishes, wallpaper, fabrics or tiles etc. Stages 2,3 can be repeated with feedback and changes from each presentation. The team ensures you are happy with every element before moving onto stage 4.
4. Once you are happy with both the design and quotation, we develop the plans and elevations further to ensure every detail is included. At this stage the quotation is turned into an order where we can also supply plumbing and electrical specifications if necessary.
5. When ordered, we arrange a convenient delivery date where our fitting team are booked on site to ensure the furniture is fitted with every detail correct. Any extra works are organised beforehand. We collaborate with all trades to make the experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
